About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and support organizational growth. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
  • Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Maintain HRIS systems and generate reports for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including management responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
